American Idol? How about Bona Idol!
Three faculty judges will decide who becomes the Bona Idol on Dec. 8 in the Rathskeller.
Proceeds from this event will go toward the senior class gift. There will be a 15-person limit on first-come, first-serve basis.

Free Thanksgiving dinner
Ellen Herner, ’00, has invited all St. Bonaventure University students who are staying behind over Thanksgiving break to a home-cooked meal from 12-2 p.m. on Nov. 24 at 361 Front Street, Olean, N.Y.

Special Olympics coaches training for basketball
A special Olympics coaches training for basketball will take place on Wednesday from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Everyone will meet in Reilly Center 1 from 6 to 7 for general session and move to Butler Gym for basketball drills from 7 to 8:30.
This is required for all students going on the SIFE Bahamas Service trip.

Computer science department offers a talk
Eric Enser, ’99, will present a talk on product development process at Paychex Friday in the Walsh Science Center room 203 at 2:30 p.m.
Enser, a product development manager at Paychex, invites student participation in the discussion. Students and faculty from all departments are invited to attend.
University 101 expo and poster session
The First-Year Experience and the University 101 classes invite the university community to celebrate the accomplishments of the class of 2015 at Doyle Dinning and Trustees Room between 3 and 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Each University 101 class designed presentations based on the 2011 All Bonaventure Read book “Little Princes: One Man’s Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal.”
