ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. (Jan. 14) — St. Bonaventure University’s first Student Government Meeting of the spring semester consisted mainly of club presentations.
Eight clubs updated the officers on their respective plans for the semester: Tread Lightly, Team Bonas, Gold Bar Club, Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), The Intrepid, Book Club, Intervarsity and Urban Art Club.
After the presentations, SGA vice president Abby Harrington announced:
*SGA partnered with Tech Services to establish a 24/7 printing room in Robinson Hall
*SGA helped change Friedsam Library’s hours to be more accommodating to students; it will now close at 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and open at 10 a.m. on Sundays
*Clubs that may want an office should email Tim Parks to see if any are available
*The Feb. 25 SGA meeting will be either postponed or cancelled
*SGA continues to meet every other week to discuss changes to its Constitution
*The Sophomore class is selling $12 t-shirts in memory of Tyler Davis on my.sbu.edu. The class hopes to create a memorial on campus for Davis with the proceeds
