The second day of the St. Bonaventure University spirit week prompted students to dress up in flannel shirts to show off their pride. Today, The Intrepid asked some students what their favorite thing about Bonaventure was. From the excitement of basketball games to helping each other out, their answers connected to the core values of the university.
“I love the opportunities for the future and for traveling that I get from Bonaventure,” said junior and marketing major Kathryn McTyre. “It is really just full of great experiences.”
“I really like the people and how close everybody is,” said freshman and accounting major Margaret Previte. “I also really love the basketball games now!”
“I love the basketball games, because it is nice to have something free to do,” said sophomore and political science and women’s studies double major Juliette Bauer. They are a lot of fun!”
“Everything,” said senior and finance major Logan Smith. “I really like how many connections there are and how everyone gets along with one another. We all really help each other out here, and I love it.”
“The community,” said senior and philosophy major Joe Ferencik. “The students, the teachers, and just everyone that is a part of Bonaventure.”
