The St. Bonaventure women’s basketball team is set to take on Penn State at the Reilly Center at 1:30 on Saturday. The Bonnies are coming off of a 59-32 win over Buffalo on Wednesday. Sophomore Matea Britvar tallied a career-high 10 points in the victory.

The Bonnies are a perfect 6-0 inside the RC this season and currently rank first in the Atlantic 10 in field goal percentage (44.2 percent) as well as field goal defense (33.8 percent). Senior Katie Healy returned to game action on Wednesday after missing two games with an injury.

Penn State leads the all-time series history with the Bonnies, 10-1. However, the brown and white notched its first victory over the Lions last season when Nyla Rueter made a game-wining layup with two seconds to play. Penn State opened its season winning three of the first four games at home before dropping four straight. The Lady Lions have four players averaging double-figure scoring thus far this season. Freshman guard Teniya Page leads the team with 14.2 points per game.

The Bonnies have shot 47.5 percent from the floor over the last three contests. Sophomore Mariah Ruff has a team-best 27 assists over the course of the week, averaging 4.5 per game.
