St. Bonaventure community shows support for DACA: a photo series

Members of the St. Bonaventure University community gathered in front of Plassmann Hall on Monday to show solidarity with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

The program allows undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children to remain in the country and work without threat of deportation.

Photos by Melissa Scott — The St. Bonaventure men’s basketball snapped a two-game skid against UMass in a thrilling 99-94 victory. Eric Mosley’s 39 points not only set a career-high, but is a Bona record for most points scored versus an Atlantic 10 opponent.

SBU and its community welcomed back the women’s basketball team from Tallahassee today. The women beat Marist (66-63) to advance further in the NCAA Tournament.

St. Bonaventure (16-2, 3-0) never trailed Saturday afternoon en route to a program-record A-10 win with a 64-52 victory over visiting Saint Louis (6-12, 0-3 A-10) at the Reilly Center.

Seniors Jessica Jenkins and Megan Van Tatenhove scored 15 and 14, respectively, to lead a Bonnies squad that committed only six turnovers.
